• Can I personalize mugs, water bottles and tote bags in the same way?
  • Absolutely! Mugs, water bottles and tote bags can also be personalized with the text and elements of your choice.

2. Delivery and Shipping

• What are the delivery times?
  • Our custom frames are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we offer international delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your delivery country.
• How can I track my order?
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its progress in real time.

• What payment methods do you accept?

• How does your race computer work?
  • The calculator allows you to estimate your speed, pace, or race time. You enter two of the three parameters, and the third is calculated automatically.
• Can I order a frame for a friend or family member?
  • Of course! Simply enter your friend's race information during the personalization process and add a message if you wish. It's a unique gift to celebrate their achievement.
